Shipping and Handling

We offer the following shipping methods at this time:
Depending on size and weight of items purchased, will determine if order is shipped by Priority or standard mail This helps us reduce the cost to you.

Priority mail: 2-3 day delivery
Standard shipping for all non-US shipments
S&H is reduced if multiple items are purchased.
Dealers are welcome. Just email us for a quote on orders over 10pcs.

You may also send a money order/cashiers check to the following address along with your return address for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason the X-tender breaks under normal use, just return the broken item along with return postage to X-tender inc. for a replacement part to be sent back to you at no charge.. Due to the complexity of the X-tender, we can not refund your money. We can only replace the item if broken under normal use. If you did not purchase the bike new, be sure to confirm that the shock is indeed stock. On the PW80 1983 to present & TTR90 2000 to present the eyelet closest to the rear tire will unscrew (once removed from bike). At times people have had to apply a little heat to remove the eyelet. This is due to the loctite used at factory.

The triple clamp holds the same warranty as above. If for any reason the triple clamp brakes under normal use, return the broken item to X-tender Inc along with postage for a replacement part to be shipped back to you.

All other items hold a 15 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with you purchase please return unused item(s) within 15 days of purchase in original packaging to X-tender, Inc for a refund of your money, less S/H and 20% restocking fee.
